What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We are pleased to offer an extended returns & exchanges policy until 31st January for all items purchased online or in-store (exceptions below apply) between 1st November and 31st December. For items purchased before 1st November & after 31st December, standard 30 days returns & exchanges policy applies.

All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, in original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on. 

No exchanges or returns for personalised items. 

Exceptions:

• Selfridges: Purchases made from 6th November 2025 can be returned to Selfridges by 2nd January 2026. Standard 14-day returns policy applies to purchases after 19 December 2025. All exchanges and returns must be accompanied by receipts.
• Harrods: Purchases made between 16th November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be exchanged or refunded onto a gift card until 14th January 2026, accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt.
• Heathrow: Returns and exchanges within 60 days from the reception of your item.
