What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days from the reception of your item.

All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, in original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on. 

Exceptions:
• No exchanges or returns for personalised items.
