Can I return my online order in a Louis Vuitton store?
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be returned to any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except for Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield.
You will receive your refund once the store has sent your item for return and it has been processed by our warehouse following a quality assessment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment, not triggered immediately in store.

• No exchanges or returns for personalised items, watches, jewellery and swimwear
