Can I return my online order in a Louis Vuitton store?
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be returned to any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except for Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield.
You will receive your refund following an instant quality assessment in-store. Refunds may take between 3 to 5 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment.
