In-store purchases made in the UK can be returned or exchanged abroad.
Exceptions:
• Airport locations and the following countries or regions: Turkey, Brazil, China, Columbia, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Mexico, Mongolia, Dominican Republic, Russia, Thailand, Vietnam or Taiwan.
• Perfume products may be returned only in the United Kingdom.
• No exchanges or returns for personalised items, watches, jewellery and swimwear.
