How can I exchange my Louis Vuitton order?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of reception of your item. All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, in original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on. 

Exchange Online:
Available for exchange in a different size or colour if your new item is the same model and price. Exchanges can be done through your MyLV account. Your return will be picked up via the same courier that delivered your order.
Note: Exchanged item will be delivered via UPS only.

Exchange via Client Services: 
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be exchanged by contacting Client Services at +44 207 998 6286.

Exchange in Store: 
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be exchanged in any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except for Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield.
