Can I exchange or refund an international purchase in a UK store?

In-store international purchases can be returned for store credit or exchanged in UK stores except Harrods, Selfridges, Heathrow and Westfield, provided the store offers this product category. In-store international purchases cannot be returned for a refund in UK stores.

Please note, the value of the international purchase will be converted to current local selling price where it is returned.
