When will I receive a refund for my return?

Online Return
You will receive your refund once your return has been processed by our warehouse following a quality assessment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment.

In-Store Return
You will receive your refund following an instant quality assessment in-store. Refunds may take between 3 to 5 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment.
