There are two ways to place an order with louisvuitton.com, depending on availability and product type. Please note that not all items are available to order on our website.
Once you have chosen your products, add them to your shopping bag by clicking on “Add to shopping bag”.
The order process has 4 steps:
• Register by creating your own MyLV account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders and to save items to your wishlist. You may also proceed with a guest account
• Select your delivery method and fill in delivery informattion
• Fill in the payment information
• Review your order, and click submit

Our Client Advisors are delighted to assist you with your online purchases.
Orders placed on louisvuitton.com are processed quickly, to ensure your items can be delivered to you within the shortest timeframe possible. Therefore once an order has been submitted, we cannot cancel or modify your purchase.
If you have received your order and want to return it, please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment.
To check the status of your order, visit the My Orders tab in your MyLV account, where one of the following statuses will be displayed:
• Submitted: your order was submitted successfully, but it has not yet been
• Pending order validation: your order is currently under review
• Order in preparation: your order has been accepted and is being prepared
• Shipped: your order has been shipped and is on its way to your specified delivery address
Please note you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is submitted. If your order is then accepted, the next e-mail you will receive will contain your shipping information.
Louis Vuitton offers to conserve items placed in your shopping bag for 30 days on the same device.
Should you wish to preserve your shopping bag and access it from all your devices, please use the "Save in my account" functionality available within the shopping bag section.
If you have already signed in to your personal MyLV account, the items placed in your shopping bag are automatically preserved.
Please note the items saved in your shopping bag are not reserved; Louis Vuitton cannot guarantee the future availability of the pieces placed in your shopping bag or wishlist. If an item originally placed in your shopping bag is no longer available, this information will be displayed within the details of your shopping bag.
Louis Vuitton accepts the following methods of payment on
• American Express
• Apple Pay
Please note that additional validation may be required.
Bank Transfers are also accepted; in order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Client Services. Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 6 business days.
Orders must be placed with a valid billing and shipping address*. Your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
All transactions are secured. The Louis Vuitton website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Louis Vuitton does not keep any credit card information.
*Billing address must be from one of the following countries / regions : UK, Spain, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Finland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Monaco, Sweden, Slovakia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Latvia, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Poland, Norway, Switzerland.
Payment cannot be split across multiple methods of payment and we do not accept payment in installments.
We are unable to offer VAT refunds for orders made online or by phone.
Creating a MyLV account will enable you to enjoy added benefits and a richer experience, across all devices. You will be able to:
• Follow your online orders, in-store repairs and access your purchase history, e-receipts
• Manage your personal information
• Receive Louis Vuitton's digital communication
• Create your personal wishlist for access on any device
Louis Vuitton offers you the possibility to update and modify your account information. To do so, simply log in to your MyLV account, where you will be able to modify your details.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the MyLV tab and select “Forgot your password?”. An e-mail will be sent to you to reset your password.

Our products are crafted by experienced artisans with exclusive materials.
To best preserve your product, please prevent any contact with oil or alcohol-based substances such as cosmetics, perfumes, hand sanitisers, or disinfectants.
Products on the website are organised by category.
You can also use the search engine at the top right of the page, indicated by a magnifying glass, and enter key words. All products with a relevant match to your search will be presented.
If you have seen a Louis Vuitton product in the press (magazine, social media, etc.) that is of interest to you and you cannot find it on our website, please contact our Client Services. Our advisors will be happy to assist you.
The Louis Vuitton website presents the entire current collection of handbags, bags, travel bags, small leather goods, accessories, shoes, ready-to-wear, watches, fine jewellery, pens, books, trunks and Objets Nomades.

A product is available to purchase on the website whenever the button "Add to Shopping Bag" appears.
Please note that not all items are available to order on our website, but it may be possible to place an order over the phone.
When looking at a product on our website, you may find that is it not available to order.
- If the "Call for Alternatives" or "Item Unavailable, Check Back Soon" buttons appear: the item is currently out of stock.
For a selection of products, you may opt to be e-mailed when the item you are looking for is back in stock; this option will be displayed on the product page with the button "Notify Me When Available". Please note that opting in for this notification is not a reservation. Availability of the item you are interested in cannot be guaranteed.
- If the "Contact Us" button appears: the item is not available to order on our website, however we invite you to contact our Client Services, where our client advisors will be delighted to assist you further.
Our Find in Store feature provides visibility on the availability of select products in our stores, for in-store purchases only. This option will be displayed on the product page with the button "Check in-store availability".
Please note that due to frequent store inventory changes, an item’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
To guarantee a product’s availability in your store of choice, we recommend our Click & Collect service to that store. To do so, order your item online or over the phone, and select “Collect in store” for delivery.

Louis Vuitton is pleased to offer various personalisation options.
If the option to personalise is available on the website, it will be displayed on the product page. You can select and preview your chosen initials, colours and/or stickers for each product before adding it to your shopping bag.
You can also explore our personalisable products by navigating on the “Personalisation” categories under the WOMEN and MEN tabs.
Please note: not all items can be personalised, and a selection of products can only be personalised in store.
The Louis Vuitton leather goods collections are exclusively produced in our workshops located in France, Spain, Italy and the United States.
Manufacturing of our footwear and ready-to-wear collections takes place in France and Italy.
Our watches are exclusively made in timepiece workshops in Switzerland.
Our jewellery collections are created in France, Italy and Switzerland.
Our sunglasses are produced in France and Italy.
In all our workshops, the choice of the finest materials, the experience of our craftsmen and the extreme care devoted to each phase of the manufacturing of our items perpetuate and renew our tradition of excellence and refinement.
Following a decision by the UK government, VAT refunds are no longer available for purchases made in the UK after 31.12.20. Tax free shopping is still however allowed in the EU, so UK residents can do tax free shopping in the EU. Please request a tax-free form to be issued upon purchase instore.

Items purchased in other countries can be returned in free standing stores. If the tax-free form is presented the item can be exchanged or returned for store credit. If the tax-free form is not presented, store credit can be issued deducting the VAT amount.

Louis Vuitton products are made to the highest specifications and should provide clients with many years of enjoyment. All of our Louis Vuitton stores offer repairs, and our staff would be delighted to assist you with an assessment.
Our trained Care Services advisors will be able to give you the best advice and the related cost, if applicable, for any required repairs. The full list of our stores is available in our Store Locator.
All Louis Vuitton products are handmade and request the highest level of craftsmanship, including for repairs. In order to guarantee the quality of these repairs, Louis Vuitton do not offer spare parts.
If you require further information, please visit the Care Services department in any Louis Vuitton store.
All Louis Vuitton products are made to the highest specifications and should, given sufficient care and attention, last for many years.
While we do not provide a warranty for most of our products, we offer a warranty for our watches and provide Care Services for all of our products.

We are pleased to offer complimentary returns & exchanges within 30 days of reception/collection of your item.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment
Item must be in perfect condition, unworn and returned in original shipping packaging and original branded box, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes
Perfume and Candle boxes must still be sealed (with its sticker or crystal film)

No exchanges and returns for personalised items

Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order.
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be returned to any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except for Harrods, Selfridges, Westfields and Heathrow.
Please note you will receive your refund once your order has been fully returned and processed by our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment.
There are no return costs. We offer free returns.
We do not offer exchanges and returns for personalised items.
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be exchanged within 30 days of reception by calling Client Services or in any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield.
For information about exchanges for purchases made in store, please refer to your store receipt.

• Online exchanges for items purchased from the UK website or via our Client Services are currently unavailable
• Please follow the steps to return your order, following which a new order will have to be placed and a new payment processed
There are no customs costs. We continue to offer complimentary delivery and returns.
All swimwear should be handled with care and tried on top of clean underwear, keeping the sanitary protection label on the swimsuit.
Items not in perfect condition will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

My LV Heritage, My LV World Tour and Now Yours shoes/clothing items take 8-12 weeks for delivery.

Purchases made on louisvuitton.com will be delivered by either, UPS or Temis Luxury. Tracking information will be shared once your order is shipped.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address under any circumstances.
For UPS deliveries, proof of photo ID will be required upon delivery.
For Temis Luxury deliveries, you will need to show a QR code and proof of photo ID. You will be sent a QR code on the morning of your scheduled delivery.
Valid ID is passport, driving license or EU ID card.
The driver will take note of the last four digits of your ID number.
Purchases made on louisvuitton.com will be delivered by either, UPS or Temis Luxury. Selected postcodes will be eligible to book a timeslot delivery via Temis Luxury at checkout, all other orders will be delivered by UPS.
To return your order, log into your MyLV account and request a return against your order. You will then receive an email confirming your return request. Your return will be made via the courier that delivered your order.
All items need to be returned in the original branded and shipping packaging.
If your order was delivered by UPS:
Securely seal the parcel then drop your parcel off at any UPS store or pick-up location located in your country of delivery. Alternatively, call Client Services to arrange collection from your delivery address. UPS will then collect and deliver back to Louis Vuitton for returns processing.
If your order was delivered by Temis Luxury:
Following your return request confirmation email, you will receive an SMS from Temis Luxury to schedule your timeslot for collection. You can reply directly to the SMS, then you will receive an SMS and email confirmation of your timeslot. When your driver arrives to collect, they will place the item into a sealed security bag and deliver back to Louis Vuitton for returns processing.
You can also drop off your return to your local store (except for Harrods, Selfridges and Westfield) who will then send the return back to warehouse on your behalf. Please note you will receive your refund once your order has been fully returned and processed by our warehouse, not immediately in store. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment.
Temis Luxury deliver on behalf of Louis Vuitton in selected postcodes in Greater London. We are pleased to offer timeslot deliveries 6 days a week.
Timeslots can be selected at checkout if visible. If it doesn’t show, unfortunately it’s not live yet for your postcode.
Once Temis Luxury have picked up your order you will receive an SMS and email reminding you of your timeslot. This will contain a link to reschedule if required.
Both UPS and Temis Luxury require proof of your photo ID upon delivery. The person accepting your delivery will have to have this proof of ID. If Temis Luxury is delivering your order, this person will also have to have the unique QR code sent to you.
If you’re not home your order won’t be delivered. If your order is via Temis Luxury please reschedule your timeslot.
If your desired timeslot isn’t available, then please select the ‘schedule later’ option at checkout. Temis Luxury will then contact you to schedule the delivery at the best time for you.
We are pleased to offer delivery to selected stores via our complimentary Click & Collect service.

Louis Vuitton products are sold exclusively in Louis Vuitton stores, through our official website louisvuitton.com, on 24sevres.com and when calling Louis Vuitton Client Services. Shopping through Louis Vuitton’s exclusive distribution network is the only way to ensure your Louis Vuitton product is authentic.
If the product has been purchased on louisvuitton.com, 24sevres.com, over the phone with our Client Services or in our exclusive Louis Vuitton store network, it is guaranteed to be authentic.
You will be able to add a complimentary personalised message with the gift, if you do not select this option a blank card will be sent with your order to handwrite your own.
All orders are also sent with a physical gift receipt, excluding prices.
We offer you the possibility to send a gift to the person of your choice and have it delivered directly. Please note the named recipient will receive the delivery communications and will be required to show the necessary authentication upon delivery.
When processing your order, you will be able to add a complimentary personalised message with the gift.
For each order, an electronic receipt will be sent to the purchaser. All orders are also sent with a physical gift receipt, excluding prices.

All items ordered online or by phone are wrapped in a signature Louis Vuitton box, with a Louis Vuitton ribbon.
It is the same packaging that is available in our Louis Vuitton stores. Exceptions are only made when the size of the product (for instance a large travel bag) does not allow for a matching, portable box.
Louis Vuitton's signature packaging is inspired by our oldest trunks: the "Imperial Saffron" colour recalls long and distant voyages, whilst our historic VVN leather colour elegantly coats the inside of our boxes.
Issued from sustainable, FSC-certified forests and including 40% of recycled fibres, our boxes bring the convenience of travel to our century by folding down to ease transportation, which significantly reduces their carbon footprint.
