How can I return my order?
• Log into your MyLV account and request a return against your order. You will then receive an email confirming your return request.
• Your return will be made via the courier that delivered your order.
• All items need to be returned in the original packaging.
If your order was delivered by UPS:
• Securely seal the parcel and attach your pre-paid returns label then drop your parcel off at any UPS drop-off located in your country of delivery.
• Alternatively, contact Client Services to arrange collection from your delivery address. UPS will then collect and deliver back to Louis Vuitton for returns processing.
If your order was delivered by Temis Luxury:
• Following your request, you will receive an SMS from Temis Luxury to schedule collection.
• You can reply directly to the SMS and receive both an SMS and email confirmation of your timeslot.
• Your driver will collect and place the item into a sealed security bag and deliver it back to Louis Vuitton for returns processing.
Exceptions:
• For perfumes UPS drop-off service is not available. Please contact Client Services to arrange collection from your delivery address.
You can also drop off at a store except for Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield who will then send the return back to warehouse on your behalf.
