UPS delivery is available Monday to Friday for all UK postcodes except Greater London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Isles and Highlands:

• Your order will be delivered in 1-2 working days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email, subject to availability. 
• UPS will send an email to share tracking information once your order is shipped. 
• Upon arrival of your delivery you will need to show an official photo ID (passport, driving license or EU ID card). 
• If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS will attempt to redeliver on the next working day.

Exceptions:
• My LV Heritage and Now Yours shoes and clothing products take 8-12 weeks for delivery.
• Exotic pieces can take up to 12 weeks for delivery.
• Fine jewellery orders can experience slight delays due to hallmarking.
