What can I expect from a click & collect?

Click & collect can be selected at checkout and is available at; New Bond Street, Sloane Street, London City, Leeds, Edinburgh, London Westfield, London Selfridges, Birmingham, and Manchester. Next-day collection available on selected products at London stores only.

Your order will be ready for collection 1-2 working days from the time of purchase. You will be notified by email and SMS when your order is ready for collection. 

To collect your order you will require: 
• Confirmation email stating your item is ready for collection.
• Official photo ID (passport, driving licence or EU ID card). Must match the name on your order. 
• Payment card used for the order.


If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will require:
• Confirmation email stating your item is ready for collection.
• Letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf.
• Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser and of the person collecting.
• Payment card used when placing the order.

Multiple items within the same order may arrive in store at different times, please wait until you have received all ‘ready for collection’ emails to collect. The store will keep your order for 14 days, after which your order will be returned and refunded (except for personalised items).
