Timeslot concierge delivery is available Monday to Saturday with Temis Luxury in Greater London, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham for orders above £350, except perfumes & beauty.
• For orders in Greater London, Manchester, Birmingham & Liverpool, enjoy next-day delivery before 2:00 pm, applicable for selected products.
• You can select your desired timeslot at checkout or select schedule later. You will be able to reschedule your timeslot if needed.
• On the day of delivery, you will be sent a QR code to be shown upon delivery alongside a photo ID.
• Your item will be delivered in a saffron shopping bag.

Exceptions:
• My LV Heritage and Now Yours shoes and clothing products take 8-12 weeks for delivery.
