•Available delivery options are visible at checkout based on the delivery postcode
•Once your order is confirmed we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour
•You can track the status of your order in your MyLV account or through the link in your shipping email
•Official photo ID is required for all delivery methods: accepted forms of ID are UK or international passport, UK driving license or EU ID card
Standard home delivery: 1-2 working days
•Your order will be delivered by UPS
•This ground delivery option has the least impact on the environment.
Express home delivery: Next day delivery available
•Your order will be delivered by UPS
•Multiple items within the same order are likely to be shipped in separate parcels: you will receive multiple tracking numbers that might lead to different delivery times
Timeslot concierge delivery: Next day delivery available
Click & collect: 3-4 working days in selected stores at checkout
•Click & collect can be selected at checkout, and is available at New Bond Street, Sloane Street, London City, London Selfridges, Westfield, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh.
•You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection in store
•Official photo ID, order confirmation email & payment card used required for the collection – the name on your ID must match the name on your order confirmation email
•Multiple items within the same order may arrive in store at different times, please wait until you have received all ‘ready for collection’ emails to collect
Exceptions
•MyLV Heritage and Now Yours shoes/clothing products take 8-12 weeks for delivery
•Exotic and fine jewellery pieces can take up to 12 weeks for delivery
