Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring with them the following:

• Confirmation email stating your item is ready for collection.
• Letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf.
• Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser and of the person collecting.
• Payment card used when placing the order.
