What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of reception of your item. All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, in original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on.
No exchanges or returns for personalised items.
In-store purchases:
Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store only, at your nearest store (excluding Harrods, Selfridges, Westfield, and Heathrow). Our Client Advisors will process the refund for you. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you pay the difference before receiving the replacement. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, Louis Vuitton will either issue a store credit or refund the difference.

Online purchases:
Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged either in-store (excluding Harrods, Selfridges, Westfield, and Heathrow) or online through your MyLV account against your order.
Note: Online exchange available only in a different size or colour if your new item is the same model and price. In-store exchange is possible for a higher-priced item, you pay the difference before receiving the replacement. If exchanging for a lower-priced item, Louis Vuitton will either issue a store credit or refund the difference.
