All Louis Vuitton leather goods and selected accessories are eligible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following categories for repair through the app: clothing, shoes, watches, fine jewellery, connected objects, hardsided, textiles and exotics. All repairs are accepted on a case-by-case basis after assessment.
Our Care Experts in-store or in client services will be happy to assess your items that are not eligible through the app.
