How do repairs through the LV App work?
First your item is assessed by one of our Care Experts who will send you an estimate for the repair.
If you choose to proceed, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for you to send your item to the Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier.
Once your item is received in our Atelier, occasionally a second estimate will be done with a re-estimation of cost before going ahead.
When your repair is complete, your product will be shipped back to your home address.
Repairs can be requested via the LV App.
