How do repairs through the LV App work?

You can initiate your repair through the LV App by signing in to your MyLV account and going to My Care Services.

First your item is assessed by one of our Care Experts who will send you an estimate for the repair. 

If you choose to proceed, we will provide a complimentary shipping label to send your item to the Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier. Once your item is received, occasionally a re-estimation of cost will be shared for your approval before going ahead.

When your repair is complete, your product will be shipped back to your home address.

Eligible products:
All Louis Vuitton leather goods and selected accessories are eligible. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following categories for repair through the LV App: clothing, shoes, watches, fine jewellery, connected objects, hardsided, textiles and exotics.
