What is the returns and exchanges policy for the Louis Vuitton x Murakami collection?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days from the reception of your “LOUIS VUITTON X MURAKAMI” item, you must also return the unredeemed token or redeemed free gift; Flower Go Walk portable game or trading card box set that you may have received.  We will not accept any “LOUIS VUITTON X MURAKAMI” product for return or exchange without the return of an unredeemed token or redeemed free gift.

All items must be in perfect condition, unworn, in original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes. Fragrance boxes must still be sealed, with its sticker or crystal film on. 

You may return the products in person at any UK stores except Westfield, Harrods, Selfridges and Heathrow. 

Exceptions:
