Can I re-arrange delivery if I am not home to receive my order?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS will attempt to redeliver on the next working day. If your order is being delivered via Temis Luxury please reschedule your timeslot using their platform shared to you over message and email. Please note, official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser will be required upon delivery.
