I would like my gift to be a surprise. Will the courier notify the recipient of its arrival in advance?

If you wish your gift to be a surprise, please enter your own telephone number and email at checkout. The telephone number entered at that point will receive SMS delivery notifications from the courier.

Please note if your order is being delivered by timeslot concierge delivery, the SMS will also come with a QR code, which will be requested as identification when the gift is delivered. In this case, it will not be a surprise, as we would recommend that you share the QR code directly with the recipient prior to the delivery.

If you enter the gift recipient's telephone number, the recipient will be notified of the delivery date and time.
