The Maison proposes different delivery options, based on the recipient's address. You will see which services are available to you during the checkout process, when you enter the delivery postcode. Lead time can vary from 1 to 3 business days, subject to availability. 

For faster delivery, timeslot concierge delivery is available in certain locations, which enables you or your recipient to choose a specific delivery date and timeslot.

You will also have visibility on your order status directly from your MyLV account. Once your order has been shipped, you will also receive the tracking link by email to follow up on your order's location.
