• TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AT “LOUIS VUITTON 130 MONOGRAM POP-UP STORE” EVENT LONDON 2026

    These are the terms and conditions that will apply when you make an “off premises” purchase of our products at the “LOUIS VUITTON 130 MONOGRAM POP-UP STORE” London 2026 (the “Event”) to be held at the Louis Vuitton pop-up store located 28 Berkeley Square, London, W1J6EN, between 21 April and 21 June 2026.  These terms and conditions do not apply to contracts for the sale of goods or supply of services which are concluded in any other way, including at one of our other stores, or by telephone, or online, or any other distance means which are subject to their own applicable terms and conditions. 

    1. Our products 

    At the Event, you will be able to browse and purchase “LOUIS VUITTON” products that are on display (the “Products”). 

    We only accept orders from customers aged 18 and over.

    You will be able to purchase Products that are physically available at the Event as well as place order during the Event and our sales advisor will take full payment for the Product from you at the Event.  Once the payment has been made (after all necessary sanctioning activities, whether by us or any card provider or bank, have been completed) a contract will be formed between you and us.

    We will offer personalisation on the Products during and at the Event (personalisation means modification of a Product to meet your specific requirements).  

    2. Price and payment

    By entering into a transaction with Louis Vuitton, you represent that you have been, are and will remain in compliance with applicable national and international laws and regulations designed to criminalise bribery and corruption, money laundering and terrorist financing or any other dishonesty.

    You will be able to view a price list of the Products physically available at the Event. The prices shown will include VAT and any other applicable taxes. 

    Payment must be made in pounds sterling. 

    Louis Vuitton informs you that:  

    At the Event, we can only accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), and mobile payment service (e.g.,Apple Pay, etc.) as well as Louis Vuitton gift vouchers and store credits issued previously in another Louis Vuitton store in the UK. Please note that no gift vouchers and/or store credit can be issued at and during the Event in connection with the Products.

    i. Online payment link, payments by cash, cheque, corporate card, business card, anonymous credit or debit card, by Bitcoin or any other types of cryptocurrency are not accepted;

    ii. For payments by nominative credit or debit card or mobile payment service (e.g., Apple Pay), Louis Vuitton may first request an original identity document from the cardholder or the user of the mobile payment solution to confirm their identity; More generally, and to ensure that your payment card is not being used without your consent, we may validate the name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. Please know that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. 

    iii. Moreover, for payment over £750 the signature of the receipt (or credit/debit card receipt) may be requested by Louis Vuitton and Louis Vuitton may require the production of an original identity for comparison of the elements of identity mentioned on the original identity document and those mentioned on the payment method. 

    Payments by bank transfer are accepted, provided that the bank account is opened in the name of the client, in the U.K. Louis Vuitton will request from the holder of the account the production of an original identity document. 

    iv. Identity document means an original passport or national identity card. 

    Photographs on electronic devices or photocopies of identity documents are not accepted. 

    Identity documents are also required for the processing of tax refunds (passport only) and, as the case may be, to allow Louis Vuitton to fulfil its obligations in accordance with the applicable law (notably as part of anti-money laundering regulations).

    If you pay by card, we will issue you with a paper receipt. 

    You must pay upon purchase of the Products you have selected. If your payment cannot be processed for any reason (including, for example, stopped payment, refusal by the issuer of the card), the selected Products will not be provided to you and the contract will not be formed between you and us. 

    3. Transfer of ownership

    You own the Products once we have received payment in full.

    4. Returns and exchanges

    Please note that only Louis Vuitton Products purchased at and during the Event at the Louis Vuitton pop-up store located 28 Berkeley Square, London, W1J 6EN, between 21 April and 21 June 2026 can be returned at the said pop-up.

    Exchanging Products

    In addition to your legal rights, and your right to change your mind (withdrawal right) below, which are not affected by this clause, we operate a goodwill exchange policy.

    The terms of our goodwill exchange policy are as follows. Within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase, you may exchange the Product within our stores in the UK or abroad (but not in Louis Vuitton stores in airports, nor Harrods or Selfridges or Westfield, nor in our stores in Brazil, China, Columbia, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Russia, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam) and only under specific conditions in Korea where specific regulations apply,  except that perfume Products (if any) may be exchanged within our stores in the UK only, but not our stores in airports or in Harrods or Selfridges or Westfield.

    You must take reasonable care of Products if you wish to exchange them. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories or instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, together with the returns slip. We will not accept Products for exchange that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled or, in the case of perfume Products (if any) which have been sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, where the seal on the crystal film covering the perfume box has been broken. 

    Where Products are exchanged, we will end the original contract and your payment will be applied to the sale for the new items. If the new sale is for a higher price, you must pay the difference before we can provide the replacement Products. If the new sale is for a lower price, we will refund you for the difference (but not for any delivery charges) by the method you used for payment.

    Returning Products for a refund if you have changed your mind  

    You have a legal right to change your mind and withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the Product, without giving any reason. 

    However, to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we provide a goodwill guarantee which is more generous than this legal right.  Our goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights.  Under our goodwill guarantee, we allow you to change your mind and end the contract within 30 days without giving any reasons. This 30 day period starts on the day on which you receive the Product and ends 30 days later. 

    You do not have a right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract or end the contract in the ways described above in respect of earrings and swimwear (for health protection and hygiene purposes) or in respect of perfume or other products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.  In the case of perfume, if the seal on the crystal film covering the perfume box is broken, you cannot change your mind or return the products.

    5.            Your other rights to end the contract

    If the item you have bought is faulty or misdescribed, you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product repaired or replaced or a service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back), as we are under a legal duty to supply products that are in keeping with this contract. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights as a consumer in the event that the products are not in keeping with the contract. 

    If you end a contract because the product is faulty or misdescribed, the contract will end immediately, and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. 

    6. How to end the contract with us (including if you have changed your mind)

    If you wish to change your mind and exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, or end the contract in one of the other ways described above, then you must inform us of your decision to by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or e-mail, or by calling us) that you are withdrawing from the contract or ending it for any other reason.

    You may (but you do not have to) use the model withdrawal form provided in the appendix of these terms below. When you write to us, please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address. 

    If you are ending the contract under our goodwill guarantee, you need to tell us you are ending the contract and return the goods to us within the 30 day period set out above. 

    You may return the Products in person to any UK stores except Westfield, Harrods, Selfridges and Heathrow, in their original packaging, complete with all related accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes, together with the returns slip.  You may also return the Products to us using an established delivery service that proves you have sent the Products and when you sent them.  We strongly recommend that you use a signed for service with an established delivery provider if you return Products by post. If you do this you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent the Products and when you sent them.  If you do not do this and we do not receive the Products at all or within a reasonable time we do not have to give you a refund.

    Return costs. We will pay the return costs if the Products are faulty or misdescribed or because you have a legal right to end the contract as a result of something that we have done wrong. Otherwise, you must pay the return costs. 

    Refund. We will refund you the purchase price of the returned Product. As a standard complimentary delivery is available, we will not refund delivery costs if you choose to have the Product delivered by non-standard (e.g. Express or Premium) delivery. You are responsible for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the way you have handled the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We inspect all returned Products. For shoes in particular, we highly recommend that you try your Louis Vuitton shoes on a clean floor which would not alter the sole, such as a carpeted surface. Please note that the amount of the reduction could be equal to the full amount of the price if we are unable to sell the returned products because they do not meet our high standards for sale.

    We will reimburse you without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of receiving the Products back from you (or we have received the evidence we mention earlier in these terms and conditions that  you have returned the Products).  

    We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. 

    7. We do not compensate you for all losses caused by us or our Products

    We are responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking this contract unless the loss is:

    • Unexpected. It was not obvious that it would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected it (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable).

    • Avoidable. Something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action. 

    • A business loss. It relates to your use of a product for the purposes of trade, business, craft or profession.

    8. Other important terms

    We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can find our Privacy Policy at the following web address: https://uk.louisvuitton.com/eng-gb/legal-privacy.

    Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the Products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.  Each of the paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

    Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. If you are not happy with how we have handled any complaint, you can request that mediation is followed before starting court proceedings.

    These Terms and Conditions and any disputes between you and us, whether in relation to the contract or as a result of the relationship between you and us are subject to English law and you must bring legal proceedings in respect of the products as follows:

    If you live in England or Wales, you must bring proceedings in the English or Welsh courts. 

    If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts. 

    If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
