This standard requires tanneries to reduce their water and energy consumption, as well as their use of potentially hazardous substances. - Protect your product from humidity and keep it away from heat sources (radiators, car interiors during hot weather etc).
- Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight may affect the colouration of your product.
- Calfskin and cowhide leather scratch easily and can be damaged by greasy substances or solvents. Should it become soiled, wipe gently with a soft, dry and light-coloured cloth (dark colours may transfer).
- To protect your product when not in use, store it in the felt protective pouch provided.
