Fashion Eye Bali

£46.00

High-fashion photographer Quentin de Briey captures the spirit of Bali in the third edition of Louis Vuitton's Fashion Eye collection. Everyday culture and magnificent scenery contributes to de Briey's dynamic vision, from the smiles of strangers at the market stalls, to the colourful rice fields and vegetation that give Bali its renowned character. Belgium-born Quentin de Briey is at the forefront of idea generation for luxury brands, dividing his time between the fashion capitals of Paris and New York. Based in Barcelona, his work has featured in Vogue and The Sunday Times Magazine. De Briey's signature is a blend of charismatic charm mixed with natural surroundings to create iconic works of art. Louis Vuitton's Fashion Eye collection references a mix of culture, cities and regions from the perspective of noted photographers, from pioneers to industry legends. Drawing inspiration from the House's travel heritage, each title showcases a variety of large-format photographs, together with a critical essay or interview, and biographical information to piece together the story and meaning of the work. Travel is explored through the eyes of fashion, with photographers combining unique landmarks with personal vision.
