HOW DOES ONLINE REPAIR WORK?
Your item is assessed by one of our Care Experts, who will send you an estimate for the repair. Should you like to proceed, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for you to send your item to Louis Vuitton Atelier.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE REPAIR?
All Louis Vuitton leather goods and accessories are eligible, not ready-to-wear, shoes, watches and jewelry.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Repair costs will vary depending on the item and the type of repair needed. Our Care Experts will provide an estimate for approval before proceeding with any repair. You will then be able to decide if you wish to continue with repair or not.
