    Your item is shipped back to you once it has been repaired by Louis Vuitton.

  • HOW DOES ONLINE REPAIR WORK?
    First, your item is assessed by one of our Care Experts, who will send you an estimate for the repair. If you choose to proceed, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for you to send your item to the Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier.
  • WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE REPAIR?
    All Louis Vuitton leather goods and accessories are eligible. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept clothing, shoes, watches or jewellery for repair at this time.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
    Repair costs vary depending on the item and the nature of repair needed. Our Care Experts provide an estimate first before proceeding with any repair, allowing you to decide if you wish to accept and continue with repair or not.
