Ship your item to Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier using a complimentary UPS shipping label.
04. TRACK YOUR REPAIR
Stay informed about the status of your repair on the LV App.
05. RECEIVE YOUR ITEM
Your item is shipped back to you once it has been repaired by Louis Vuitton.
- HOW DO REPAIRS THROUGH THE LV APP WORK?First your item is assessed by one of our Care Experts who will send you an estimate for the repair. If you choose to proceed, we will provide a complimentary shipping label for you to send your item to the Louis Vuitton Repair Atelier. Once your item is received in our Atelier, occasionally a second estimate will be done with a re-estimation of cost before going ahead. When your repair is complete, your product will be shipped back to your home address. Repairs can be requested via the LV App.
- WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR THROUGH THE LV APP?All Louis Vuitton leather goods and selected accessories are eligible. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the following categories for repair through the LV App: clothing, shoes, watches, fine jewellery, connected objects, hardsided, textiles and exotics. Our Care Experts in store will be happy to assess your items that are not eligible through the LV App. All repairs are accepted on a case-by-case basis after assessment.
- HOW MUCH DO REPAIRS THROUGH THE LV APP COST?Repair costs vary depending on the item and the nature of repair needed. Our Care Experts provide an estimate first before proceeding with any repair, allowing you to decide if you wish to accept and continue with repair or not. Once your item is received in our Atelier, occasionally a second estimate will be required with a re-estimation of cost before going ahead.
