Official photo ID is required for all delivery methods: accepted forms of ID are UK or international passport, UK driving license or EU ID card

Your order will be delivered by UPS
Multiple items within the same order are likely to be shipped in separate parcels: you will receive multiple tracking numbers that might lead to different delivery times

You will be sent a QR code on the morning of your scheduled delivery. This QR code and official photo ID will be required upon delivery

Click & Collect can be selected at checkout, and is available at New Bond Street, Sloane Street, London City, Leeds, Edinburgh.
You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection in store
Official photo ID, order confirmation email & payment card used required for the collection – the name on your ID must match the name on your order confirmation email
Multiple items within the same order may arrive in store at different times, please wait until you have received all ‘ready for collection’ emails to collect

Exotic and fine jewellery pieces can take up to 12 weeks for delivery
