    Louis Vuitton Announces the Launch of its Official E-commerce Website for Europe, Available in Seven European Countries.

    Louis Vuitton is pleased to announce the launch of its e-commerce website in seven new countries in Europe: Austria, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, the Netherlands.

    The new European e-commerce website offers a unique shopping experience, enabling its clients in Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Austria and Monaco to experience the world of Louis Vuitton and shop for products from the privacy of their homes through www.louisvuitton.com. The e-commerce website will allow clients to search, discover, enquire about and purchase Louis Vuitton ready to wear for men and women, leather goods, small leather goods, shoes, accessories, watches & jewellery, luggage and Les Parfums Louis Vuitton. Additionally, personalisation services are available online, such as: Make it Yours, Hot Stamping, My LV World Tour, Mon Monogram and Mon Damier Graphite. Clients can have their purchases delivered directly to their home or can elect to pick them up in a Louis Vuitton store.

    Louis Vuitton unveils its Women’s Fall-Winter 2018 collection by Nicolas Ghesquière at an exclusive pop-up space in Selfridges London, open from July 20th until September 7th 2018.

    The pop-up honours Louis Vuitton’s Fall-Winter 2018 Women’s collection, which includes accessories, chic knee length skirts, glossy leathers and tailored jackets with signature LV logo detailing. The scenography dramatically features special designs recreated from the runway show, echoing inspirations from the Fall-Winter 2018 collection.

    Alongside a wide-range of luxurious quintessentially French ready to wear and accessories, this pop-up features an exclusive and limited navy knit sweater with a appliquéd LV logo.

    The space is envisioned as a white transparent trunk with gold details as well as special design features from the runway show.

    Unique waved quilting and vibrant-hued leather come together as a fresh range of Louis Vuitton city bags and accessories

    As is usually the case with Louis Vuitton, the origin of the Louis Vuitton New Wave collection can be traced to the past: specifically, a trunk from the archives that contained 12 pairs of shoes and featured multi-coloured undulating stripes atop the classic monogram toile. Of course, the name New Wave also conjures up the music genre birthed more than 40 years ago, which still today epitomises a disruptive attitude, distinctive fashion trends and all-around cool.

    This combined influence of heritage and youthful edge has inspired a new series that embodies currency and innovation. Here, supple calf leather has been quilted as a unique wave motif that defines the silhouettes of the three main styles: The Chain bag, Chain tote. Fashion-focused yet widely versatile, the collection will be permanently available in chic black and strong scarlet complemented by seasonal hues, which currently include Smoothie Pink, Malibu Green and Show White. Each style boasts an LV metallic closure in keeping with the latest lettering that appears elsewhere. Just as this Louis Vuitton logo is obvious now, the waved quilting is poised to become a House hallmark – a symbol of the dynamic rhythms that constantly move us forward.
