Delivery and Returns
- All deliveries are customs-free
- Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery; once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped
- Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour
- Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email
- MyLV Heritage, My LV World Tour and Now Yours shoes/clothing items take 8-12 weeks for delivery
- Exotic pieces take up to 12 weeks for delivery
- To track your order, visit MY ORDERS in your MyLV account or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- All delivery tracking is available from when you receive the shipping confirmation email
- Please note that our courier cannot deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotels, restaurants, caravans, stores or forwarding addresses
- Purchases made on louisvuitton.com will be delivered by either of our couriers, UPS or Temis Luxury. Selected postcodes will be eligible to book a timeslot delivery via Temis Luxury at checkout, all other orders will be delivered by UPS.
- Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays in the UK and France.
- Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain areas such as Isles or the Highlands or if your order required additional validation. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands
- We are currently unable to deliver perfume and candle products within Northern Ireland and to the following Isles: Wight, Scilly, Shetland and Man
- For UPS deliveries, proof of photo ID will be required upon delivery.
- For Temis Luxury deliveries, you will be sent a QR code on the morning of your scheduled delivery.
- This QR code and proof of photo ID will be required upon delivery.
- Both of our couriers, UPS and Temis Luxury, are required to take down the last 4 digits of your ID for security reasons.
Your order will be delivered by UPS 4-5 working days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email.
UPS will send you an email to share tracking information once your order is shipped.
Upon arrival of your delivery you will need to show an official photo ID (passport, driving license or EU ID card).
My LV Heritage, My LV World Tour and Now Yours shoes/clothing items take 8-12 weeks for delivery. Exotic pieces take up to 12 weeks for delivery.
Your order will be ready for collection 3-4 working days from the time you receive the shipping confirmation email. You will be notified by email and SMS when your order is ready for collection at your selected store. Please note, this is available in selected stores only, visible in checkout.
We advise you to book an appointment to collect your item. Please arrive at store at least an hour before the closing time.
To collect your order in store you will be required to show:

Official photo ID (passport, driving licence or EU ID card) - please note the name on your ID must match the name on your order.
Payment card used for the order
The store will keep your order for 15 days, after which your order will be returned and your original method of payment will be refunded (except for personalised items).
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure to bring:
Confirmation email stating your item is ready for collection
Letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf
Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser
Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the person collecting
Payment card used for the order
We are pleased to offer timeslot deliveries 6 days a week via Temis Luxury. Please note this delivery option is available for selected postcodes only. If your postcode is eligible, it will display as an option in checkout.
Temis Luxury will send you a QR code on the morning of your scheduled delivery. This QR code and proof of photo ID will be required upon delivery.
Once Temis Luxury have picked up your order you will receive an SMS and email with your timeslot. This will contain a link to reschedule if required.
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns & exchanges within 30 days of reception/collection of your item.
• You must ‘request a return’ in MyLV account before returning an order
• Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment
• Exchanges for items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be made by calling Client Services or in any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield, within 30 days of reception
• Item must be in perfect condition, unworn
• Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes
• Perfume/Candle boxes must still be sealed (with its sticker or crystal film)
• Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed after the cancellation of the order. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays in the UK and France.

Exchange in Store
Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be exchanged in any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except for Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield
To return your order, log into your MyLV account and request a return against your order. You will then receive an email confirming your return request. Your return will be made via the courier that delivered your order.
All items need to be returned in the original branded and shipping packaging.
If your order was delivered by UPS:
Securely seal the parcel and attach your pre-paid returns label then drop your parcel off at any UPS store or pick-up location located in your country of delivery. Alternatively, call Client Services to arrange collection from your delivery address. UPS will then and deliver back to Louis Vuitton for returns processing.
Please note, your return label can be found in the plastic wallet on the outside of the brown shipping box.
If your order was delivered by Temis Luxury:
Following your return request confirmation email, you will receive an SMS from Temis Luxury to schedule your timeslot for collection. You can reply directly to the SMS, then you will receive an SMS and email confirmation of your timeslot. When your driver arrives to collect, they will place the item into a sealed security bag and deliver back to Louis Vuitton for returns processing.
You can also drop off your return to your local store (except for Harrods, Selfridges and Westfield) who will then send the return back to warehouse on your behalf. Please note you will receive your refund once your order has been fully returned and processed by our warehouse, not immediately in store. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be processed and will be issued via the original method of payment.
