Delivery and Returns
• All deliveries are customs-free
• Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery; once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped
• Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour
• Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email
• To track your order, visit MY ORDERS in your MyLV account or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. All delivery tracking is available from when you receive the shipping confirmation email
• Please note that our courier cannot deliver to certain addresses such as student/campus accommodation, hotels, restaurants, stores or forwarding addresses
• Multiple items within the same order are likely to be shipped in separate parcels; you will then receive multiple tracking numbers that might lead to different delivery times
• Our delivery courier is UPS. Delivery estimates are indicative only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. working/working days are defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, excluding public holidays in the UK and France. Please note that deliveries can take longer in certain areas such as Isles or the Highlands or if your order required additional validation. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands

Notification: You will receive an email and text message notification confirming when your order is ready to be collected from the store
To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:
• Confirmation e-mail
• Official photo ID (passport or driving license)
• Payment card used for the order
You can also book an appointment to collect your item.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please make sure to bring:
• Confirmation email
• Letter of authorisation that permits this person to collect on your behalf
• Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the purchaser
• Official photo ID (passport or driving license) of the person collecting
• Original method of payment or PayPal confirmation
The store will keep your order for 15 days, after which your order will be cancelled and returned, and your original method of payment will be refunded (except for personalised items)
If you are picking up a ready-to-wear item, please note not all Louis Vuitton locations offer fitting rooms and alterations. To find a location that offers these services, please check our Store Locator for a list of stores that carry ready-to-wear"
Christmas Shopping: all items purchased from 1st November can be returned and exchanged until 31st January
• Complimentary and customs-free returns within 30 days of reception
• Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can only be refunded online or with our Client Services
• Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment, and are available for purchases made in the UK only
• Exchanges for items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be made in any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield within 30 days of reception; online exchanges for items purchased from the UK website or via our Client Services are currently unavailable
• Item must be in perfect condition, unworn
• Item must be returned in original shipping packaging and original branded packaging, with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes
• Perfume/Candle products must be returned in their original packaging (and in particular the crystal film covering the perfume box must still be sealed)
• Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed after the cancellation of the order

• No exchanges and returns for personalised items
• No exchanges and returns for swimwear or earrings for hygienic reasons
1. Register your return in the My Orders section of your MyLV account
• You will receive an email confirming your return request
• Your cancellation will be effective from the date you register the return
2. Place your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging and shipping packaging and seal the parcel using the adhesive strip on the inside of the original box
3. Cover the original address label on the parcel with the pre-paid return label
4. Drop your parcel off at any UPS store or pick-up location
Request a Return Online
1. Register your return in the My Orders section of your MyLV account
• You will receive an email confirming your return request and shortly afterwards, an email including a pre-paid return label, that will need to be printed off in the case of a drop-off
• Your cancellation will be effective from the date you register the return
2. Place your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging and shipping packaging and securely seal the parcel using the adhesive strip on the inside of the original box
3. Cover the original address label on the parcel with the pre-paid return label
4. Drop your parcel off at any UPS store or pick-up location
Request a Return with Client Services
• You can choose to have a complimentary UPS collection or drop your parcel at the nearest UPS drop-off point
• You will receive an email confirming your return request
• In the event of a collection: you will receive an e-mail with all pick-up details
• In the event of a drop-off, you will receive an e-mail with a pre-paid return label that will need to be printed off
• Your cancellation will be effective from the date you contact Client Services
2. Place your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging and shipping packaging and securely seal the parcel using the adhesive strip on the inside of the original box
3. In the case of a drop-off, cover the original address label on the parcel with the pre-paid return label sent to you
4. Hand the sealed parcel over to the UPS driver in the case of a scheduled collection or drop your parcel off at any UPS store or pick-up location
Exchange In Store
• Items purchased online from the UK website or via our Client Services can be exchanged in any Louis Vuitton store in the UK except for Selfridges, Harrods, Heathrow and Westfield, within 30 days of reception
Exchange Online
• Online exchanges for items purchased from the UK website or via our Client Services are currently unavailable
• Please follow the steps to return your order, following which a new order will have to be placed and a new payment processed
