The collaboration with director Xavier Dolan continues with this Spring-Summer 2016 campaign shot by Alasdair Mclellan.

Louis Vuitton has again tapped actor and director Xavier Dolan as the image of its new advertising campaign for the Spring-Summer 2016 men’s wear collection.

Since breaking out as an actor and director at 20 years old with his first feature-length film J’ai tué ma mere, Xavier Dolan has become a central figure in the film industry. His fifth feature, Mommy (2014), won the Jury Prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014. This year, Xavier Dolan will present his sixth film, Juste la fin du monde, with Léa Seydoux, Marion Cotillard, Vincent Cassel, Gaspard Ulliel and Nathalie Baye. In July 2016, he will begin filming his first English-language film, The Death and Life of John F. Donovan, with Jessica Chastain, Kit Harington, Kathy Bates and Susan Sarandon.

    Contemporary Fine Watchmaking

Louis Vuitton has obtained the “Poinçon de Genève” and entered the inner circle of the watchmaking houses that bear this certification. With this distinction, a new case, a never before seen skeleton tourbillon movement and an exceptional degree of transparency, the Flying Tourbillon “Poinçon de Genève” watch is a major advancement for Louis Vuitton watchmaking. The powerful impact of nothingness imposes its presence in this timepiece. The radically contemporary approach is combined with the highest degree of watchmaking quality creating a delicate skeleton watch fitted with a tourbillon regulator.

Sixteen months after establishing itself in the canton of Geneva, La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton has entered a new era. For the first time, a Louis Vuitton watch bears the mark of the “Poinçon de Genève”, which can be seen on the face of the watch. This is the most prestigious certification that a watch can carry, and a testament to Louis Vuitton's watchmaking experience and expertise.

« Blossom » is a unique moment when the flowers of fruit trees bloom

There is a word to describe the moment nature stirs from its winter sleep, the fragile and fleeting moment evoking the irresistible rebirth of beauty, the moment when a flower opens to greet the pale light of spring and herald the fertility of the fruit trees. That word is "blossom". And Blossom is now the name of a new Louis Vuitton jewellery collection inspired by the flowers on Monogram canvas.
